Anxiety🥴? Me too. Let’s talk

Hey you all, How are you feeling? Not how was your day. How are YOU feeling? Myself a little anxious. I made my way through a touch of Monday blues and am now on my second day into my work week. My anxiety has been through the roof lately, and it sometimes can get in the way of being a parent. I tend to overthink and get in my thoughts entirely to much. Which In turn is like a domino effect. I tend to get through this by writing about whatever is triggering me, or discussing my feelings with anyone in my support system willing to listen. It took me forever to get to this point, because I felt others could not relate. Or like I was a bother. It is hard recognizing when something is not right with yourself and I am a huge advocate for helping myself and speaking on situations some may see as uncomfortable.

Any ideas that come in handy for yourself when your anxiety is kicking your ass? I pray for a good week for us all. Thanks for reading
